Here are 11 class action settlements with deadlines in April and early May 2026 that are open for claims right now. Some of these require no proof at all. Others pay significantly more with documentation. All of them have real deadlines that are approaching fast. If you qualify, file now -- once the deadline passes, the money is gone.
Panda Restaurant Group agreed to pay $2.45 million after a 2023 data breach exposed sensitive personal information including Social Security numbers. If you received a breach notification from Panda, you can claim up to $5,000 for documented losses related to fraud or identity theft, or approximately $100 cash with no documentation. California residents may receive up to $125 additional. You also get two years of free credit monitoring.

Dollar General agreed to pay $8.5 million in cash (plus $6.5 million in injunctive relief) after a lawsuit alleged the retailer charged customers more at the register than the price on the shelf. If you paid more than the shelf price at any U.S. Dollar General between October 10, 2016 and November 19, 2025, you can claim up to $20 per household with documentation of a complaint, or receive a $3 in-store discount with no proof.

Gen Digital agreed to pay $9.95 million to settle claims it sent unsolicited robocalls with artificial or prerecorded voices about LifeLock or Norton accounts to people who were not customers. If you received a robocall about a LifeLock or Norton account between February 19, 2021 and October 30, 2025, but you did not have an account, you could receive between $200 and $625 depending on total claims.

Athena Cosmetics agreed to pay $4.17 million to settle claims its RevitaLash and RevitaBrow lash and brow serums contained an ingredient linked to side effects that was not disclosed. If you purchased any of the covered products in the U.S. between January 1, 2017 and December 29, 2025, you can claim $20 cash without proof (one per household) or a $110 product voucher for RevitaLash.com. With proof of purchase, you can claim multiple products.
